The Place at Gilbert offers an elegant home-like setting for seniors who want to retain their independence while receiving the support they need. Private studio and one-bedroom apartments are situated around our beautifully landscaped courtyard. Our single-story design gives added convenience to the main dining room and common areas for those with limited mobility. Our compassionate, trained staff is dedicated to meeting each resident’s individual personal needs. A wide range of activities, entertainers and outings are planned to encourage residents to stay active and pursue their interests. We also offer short term respite stays on an hourly or daily basis.

The services required by a resident are determined through a personal evaluation prior to move in and on a regular basis thereafter. This evaluation allows our staff to tailor a Personal Service Plan to meet the needs and wants of each resident and adapt services as changes occur.
SERVICES: Hourly and daily respite services, 38 studio and one-bedroom apartments (5 different floor plans). Ongoing monitoring of health care needs by a licensed nurse. Assistance with personal care and medication management. Compassionate 24-hour trained staff. Housekeeping and laundry services. Three nutritious meals and snacks daily. Variety of activities,entertainment and outings. Scheduled transportation to medical appointments and shopping.
SPECIAL SERVICES: Intimate one-story design provides access for individuals with limited mobility.
